1) You are not obligated to build on your home site nor is there a time limit to build

2) Any deposit you make towards the purchase of a property from DirtCheapLots, LLC will be protected in an escrow account of the bonded title company chosen until the contract is closed and the title is transferred to the owner

3) You will receive a full Title warranty by the title company for the proeprty you purchase.
